China is a century-old brand. In the thirty-second year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1906), the trial-produced "Hu Yumei Broad Bean Hot Sauce" in Hu Yumei Sauce Garden won the International Gold Award in Panama World Expo, the Silver Award in Shanghai International Exhibition and the "Guoguang" Award in West Lake Expo, and was awarded the quality products of Anhui Province and the Ministry of Light Industry.

2. Mozi crisp

Anqing pastry shop "Mailongxiang" is a traditional specialty. The production of Mailongxiang Mozi Crisp must go through nine processes and be carefully prepared. The main raw materials are fine black sesame, sesame oil and fine sugar. This product looks like black ink, oily but not greasy, sweet and refreshing, and has the effects of moistening lung, tonifying kidney and benefiting liver.

3. White

Bai Shaoqing, an old shop dealing in halal fine cakes, was founded in 1904, and is the first enterprise specializing in processing and producing halal food in Anhui Province. Its founder Bai started from a pole, a falling ice, a pot of meat, a breeze and a bright moon. Finally, it achieved a century-old brand "White".

4. Tianzhu Hao Jian

A special green tea grows in Tianzhu Mountain, Qianshan County, Anqing City. Its leaves are covered with white hairs and shaped like a sword. As early as the Tang dynasty, it enjoyed the reputation of "Tianzhu tea is sweet and fragrant". It was rated as one of the "Top Ten New Famous Teas" in China by the National Famous Tea Appraisal Association, and won the title of excellent new product.

5. Huaining tribute cake (Shipai tribute cake)

It is a specialty of traditional cakes of Han nationality in Shipai area of Anqing city. According to legend, this cake was a tribute to Emperor Judy during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Because its color is like the snow on the top of the mountain, it is named Ding Cake.
