Shredded Pork Noodles is a delicacy and a specialty of northern China. The main ingredients are noodles and shredded pork. The auxiliary ingredients include soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, oil, onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, and oyster sauce. So, how to make shredded pork noodles? Method 1:
Shred the pork, mince the onion, ginger and garlic.
Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces with your hands.
Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.
Add the shredded pork and stir-fry.
Add cooking wine and soy sauce.
Add the cabbage, stir-fry evenly and then add enough hot water.
Put the noodles into the pot and cook for 3 minutes, then add green garlic sprouts and MSG to taste.
Method 2:
1. Marinate the meat with soy sauce, cornstarch and a little sugar, heat the oil and fry until cooked.
2. Saute onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili until fragrant.
3. Add the shredded pork and fry for 1 minute, then add a little oyster sauce.
4. Stir-fry on the other hand; or add water, wait for the water to boil, then lower it and cook.
