Preparation materials: 3 kg of pepper, salt, ginger, star anise, pepper, monosodium glutamate, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
1. The first step is to wash the prepared peppers with clear water and control the moisture, as shown in the following figure.
2. Then cut off the pepper handle with a small knife, as shown in the figure below.
3. Then clean the prepared ginger with clear water, cut it into pieces with a knife and set it aside, as shown in the figure below.
4. As shown in the figure below, break the star anise by hand and put it aside.
5. Wash the pickle jar with clear water, as shown in the figure below.
6. Put pepper, salt, star anise, pepper, ginger, monosodium glutamate, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce into a container. The amount of soy sauce just exceeds the ingredients.
7. Put away the jar, cover it and store it in the shade for a week, as shown in the figure below.
8. You can take it out and eat it in a week, so the pickled pepper is finished, as shown in the figure below.
