What are the computer installation steps?
Installation tutorial process: bare metal lighting and installing DIY hardware into the main chassis. You'd better wear antistatic gloves before installing the machine. If you don't have gloves, you can wash your hands or touch the metal faucet at home to eliminate static electricity.

First, the CPU and the fan are installed on the motherboard, which is installed in the main chassis; Then connect the cable between the motherboard and the main chassis, as well as the power button, restart hard disk indicator, etc. , and then connect the cable to the chassis power supply of the motherboard, otherwise the motherboard will be dead; Finally, connect the video card, sound card and network card to the motherboard, and connect the power and data cables of the corresponding CD-ROM, hard disk and floppy disk to the computer motherboard.

Computer assembly course bare metal lighting course;

Objective: To distinguish whether the hardware is abnormal by lighting the machine in bare metal state. No problem, then put it in the chassis. This is much more reliable than putting it on the chassis first and then lighting it. For beginners, it is recommended to light the bare metal first. In order to prevent hardware problems, it is very sad to disassemble and assemble hardware from the inside of the chassis.

First, install the CPU.

First, put the motherboard on the motherboard box; When the motherboard leaves the factory, the CPU base has a plastic protective cover and a metal clip. At present, Intel motherboards are designed with protective covers. Pay attention to the words "Please install the processor first, then take off this cover and keep it safe" on the cover. Open the metal clip of the CPU base; Open the metal clip completely and check the pin angle of the base. It is not excluded that the pins of the motherboard are bent at the factory. In addition, don't abuse the pin by hand, or you will hang up the CPU and other hardware of the motherboard.

When installing the CPU, please pay attention to the alignment of the CPU slot and the base projection. Note the green arrow, the CPU is not indented, it is a brand new CPU. After the CPU is put in, cover the clip and tighten the fixing buckle. After the clamp is clamped, the plastic protective cover will automatically spring open, and then pull down the pull rod. CPU is installed. Please note that when the metal clip moves, it is normal that the rotating position may make a "creaking" sound.

Secondly, install the CPU fan

The original CPU radiator is easy to install, and the radiator base is marked with the words 1 150. Tighten the pin in the direction of 1 150. Install the radiator base on the motherboard. ? Insert and fix the transparent screw that comes with the CPU radiator. Turn the motherboard over and check whether the four screws are inserted correctly. Coat the bottom of radiator with silicone grease in advance. Remember to remove the transparent cover on the radiator base first. Some CPU radiators should be coated with silicone grease, not too much. Fasten the fasteners on both sides of the CPU radiator with the base. First, clamp the fastener on one side, then hold the radiator body with one hand and press the fastener on the other side with the other hand, and then see the effect of installing the radiator. Plug the power supply interface of the radiator into the fan power supply port of the motherboard "CPU_FAN". Because the power supply of the radiator is 3PIN, one is missing. If it is 4PIN, you can plug it all in.

Third, install the memory module.

Pay attention to the gap in the memory, which is aligned with the motherboard slot. Open the clips on both sides of the memory slot and insert the memory. When the memory is installed correctly, the plastic clips at both ends will just clamp the memory.

Fourth, install power supply.

Clean the power cord first, usually using a cable tie or rubber band. Briefly introduce the power interface, the two power supplies in red font are to be plugged into the motherboard; In addition, it is normal that a hole on the power port of the 24PIN motherboard is empty. Before using the power supply, it is recommended to use the power supply tester to check whether the power supply is normal. (The voltages of +5V and+12 are very standard) Connect the 24PIN motherboard for power supply, and the power bayonet is aligned with the power bump of the motherboard and cannot be plugged in. Connect the power supply to the 4+4PIN motherboard. Because the motherboard is 8PIN, it can be inserted directly, and the power supply bayonet is aligned with the power supply protrusion of the motherboard, so it cannot be inserted reversely. Let's stop here. Some motherboards have a CPU power supply of 4PIN, so it is necessary to separate 4+4 of the power supply and connect a 4PIN power supply.

Five, install the discrete graphics card

Open the PCI-E graphics card slot clip of the motherboard. Align the graphics card with the PCI-E graphics card slot of the motherboard, and pay attention to the gap between the gold fingers of the graphics card. Insert the graphics card into the PCI-E graphics card slot. The power supply of Galaxy GTX970 Black General is 6+8PIN, and everything must be connected. In order to ensure no accident, it must be inserted tightly. If there is a switch on the power supply, remember to turn it on. Poke the PW (red 2-pin) of the motherboard directly with a screwdriver to light up the platform. The platform lights up and enters the BIOS of the motherboard, indicating that the hardware can light up and be installed. The signal line of the monitor should be connected to the output of the discrete graphics card, not the motherboard. The fan of Galaxy GTX970 Black General adopts start-stop technology. When the graphics card is in standby or low temperature state, the right fan will stop running to reduce noise.

Computer assembly lesson 2: install DIY hardware into the main chassis;

First, prepare the main chassis and screw fittings. Unscrew the screws of the two side panels of the chassis and remove the side panels to avoid scratching. Look at the back of the chassis; Straighten the wire on the front panel and pull it to the side of the chassis. Install a12cm fan on the front of the chassis. Users without fans will skip this step. When removing the front panel, you need both strength and gentleness. Be careful not to break two lines. Put the 12CM fan into the slot, find out four long screws from the accessory package and fix them. Pay attention to the direction of the fan, don't install it backwards. After installing the fan, restore the front panel. Fans are very helpful for the heat dissipation of hard disks.

There is something wrong with the installation of the power supply. The chassis installed today belongs to RTX (reverse current) design, and the power supply can be installed in two directions, so the power supply will be inward. This installation method is to heat the auxiliary cabinet of power supply. If the fan is facing down, it is to isolate the heat dissipation of the power supply. The upper power position is installed, so it is recommended to install the lower power position, that is, the screw with the power fan facing down, and then the power supply. Install the I/O baffle of the motherboard before going to the motherboard. Install the copper stud for fixing the motherboard, and the position of the copper stud should be selected according to the size of the motherboard. Note: If the copper column itself is installed in the chassis, be sure to adjust the position according to the size of the motherboard, and there should be no extra copper column under the motherboard, otherwise it will lead to short circuit after installing the motherboard.

When installing the motherboard, align the hole position of the baffle. If the installation is skewed, the external equipment will not be installed. Fuck the motherboard. Adding a 12CM fan at the back of the chassis can effectively enhance the heat dissipation inside the chassis, especially in the CPU. Tidy up the chassis jumper. Motherboards usually mark interfaces, and the difficulty lies in judging the positive and negative poles of jumpers. Usually, the black/white line is the negative electrode and the colored line is the positive electrode. Connect the front USB2.0. Connect the front USB3.0, and pay attention to the bulge. Connect the front audio and install the solid state drive. The SSD button of the main chassis is a bit special. You don't need to remove it, just insert the SSD directly. Pay attention to the screw fixation on the solid-state hard disk, the wiring part of the hard disk, and the hard disk interface. It is impossible to insert backwards. It needs to be inserted gently, not violently, so as not to break the interface.

It is recommended to insert the hard disk data cable into SATA0. If there are solid-state hard disks and mechanical hard disks, then the solid-state hard disk must be inserted in the front (SATA0), while the mechanical hard disk is inserted in SATA 1. Before installing the graphics card, please remove the PCI block from the graphics card slot. I was taught to install a graphics card and tighten it when streaking. All the wires are plugged in and arranged. After installing all the wires, let's take a look at the hardware inside the chassis. Connect the monitor, plug in the keyboard and mouse, and start the test.

Note: friends with discrete graphics cards must pay attention to one detail. Never connect the display interface on the motherboard. Be sure to connect the display interface on the discrete graphics card.
