Ingredients: pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, banana, flour.
Practice: cut the pumpkin into small pieces after peeling and removing seeds, put it in the microwave for 6 minutes and press it into mud. If you like sweets, you can add sugar. Pumpkin and glutinous rice flour are mixed into a ball, which is sticky to knead. After peeling the banana, cut it first and then cut it into thin strips. Flatten the dough evenly, wrap the banana in the middle and make it into a banana shape. Heat the oil pan for 5 minutes, put the banana chips one by one, fry until golden brown, and take out the oil and serve.
2. Strawberry Dafu
Ingredients: 300 grams of glutinous rice flour, 27 grams of fine sugar, salt 1 pinch, about 225 ml of water.
Practice: put the materials except water into the basin, add a little water according to the hardness of the batter, and mix the dough until it is as hard as the earlobe. Peel off the dough by hand, flatten it and steam it in a steamer for about 20 minutes. After steaming, use corn starch as hand powder to prevent sticky hands, and knead the dough into dumpling skin while it is hot. Then wrap the strawberries.
3. Fried rice balls with eggs
