working methods
1. Wash shrimps, shred ginger, and cut onions into sections for later use.
2. Put ginger and onion into shrimp, add cooking wine, spiced powder, pepper and salt and marinate for one hour.
3. Preheat the oven 150 degrees, spread tin foil on the baking tray, and put the shrimp on it (no marinade).
4. Put it into a preheated oven, and fire it up and down 150 degrees, and middle fire 15 minutes.
5, after baking, serve out and set the plate.
6. Take a seasoning tray: add minced garlic and chopped green onion, add a proper amount of delicious soy sauce to make a sauce, and pour it on the grilled shrimp.
Precautions:
1, garlic can't put too much oil. A few drops of soy sauce will do. Too much oil and water make shrimp not brittle.
2. Although prawns are rich in nutrition, people suffering from hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, skin scabies, acute inflammation, facial acne, allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma should not eat more.
