In fact, you can use steamed bread to make safe noodle sauce. Here's how to make it.
Ingredients: 500g dry steamed bread, 20g salt, 250g cold boiled water, fennel, pepper and aniseed 1 bag.
Production method:
1. Break the deadlock. First, break the steamed bread into jujube-sized pieces and put them in a pot for sealed fermentation.
2. Brush your hair. When the steamed bread produces black hair, take it out and dry it in the air to sweep away the black hair.
3. Fermentation. Pour the steamed bread blocks with black hair removed into a basin, add cold water and salt, stir repeatedly into porridge, put into seasoning bags, seal, and ferment in the sun, stirring once every morning and evening.
10 ~ 15 days later, the sauce turns dark yellow and can be taken out after it smells sweet.
note:
1. If the sauce becomes thinner during the fermentation process, you can add the shaved steamed bread and stir it into porridge to continue the sun exposure.
2. Friends with heavy taste can add appropriate amount of salt to the flour paste after fermentation and eat it after stirring.
