By doing these two things, you can easily make delicious fried tofu, which is no worse than meat. The detailed steps are below.
[Homestyle Oil Tofu] Ingredients required: 250 grams of oil tofu, 1 green pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1 piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of starch, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce,
2 tablespoons of white sugar, half a tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of red bean paste, and a little cooking oil.
The steps are as follows: 1. Soak the purchased fried tofu in water for half an hour, wash it with your hands and squeeze out the water to remove excess oil and beany smell.
(Another method is to blanch it in water to remove the oil, boil it in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes and take it out to remove the oil and beany smell).
2. Cut the oil-free tofu into pieces, remove the seeds from the green and red peppers, wash them, and cut them into pieces. Wash and cut the ginger and garlic seeds separately and set aside.
3. Adjust the sauce. Mix oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and salt together. Add starch and appropriate amount of water and mix well. Set aside.
4. Put a little oil in the pot, heat the oil, add ginger, garlic and a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry evenly until fragrant.
5. Pour in the prepared fried tofu, stir-fry evenly, pour in the prepared sauce and cook until fragrant.
6. After boiling, add green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly, then simmer for about 1 minute until the green and red peppers are cooked through. Finally, reduce the soup to your liking and serve.
