2. Cut the oil-free tofu into pieces, remove the seeds from the green and red peppers, wash them, and cut them into pieces. Wash and cut the ginger and garlic seeds separately and set aside.

3. Adjust the sauce. Mix oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and salt together. Add starch and appropriate amount of water and mix well. Set aside.

4. Put a little oil in the pot, heat the oil, add ginger, garlic and a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry evenly until fragrant.

5. Pour in the prepared fried tofu, stir-fry evenly, pour in the prepared sauce and cook until fragrant.

6. After boiling, add green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly, then simmer for about 1 minute until the green and red peppers are cooked through. Finally, reduce the soup to your liking and serve.
