Bf and I just came back from Yangzhou on February 2-May 4. We were very moved and liked the city. Before we set out, we consulted a lot of materials and printed them out, and made full preparations. Facts have proved that full preparation has brought us many benefits. Below I will introduce some of my own play experiences to everyone and give some inspiration to friends who want to play in Yangzhou. Let me start with four aspects: tourism, play, housing and diet:
Line:
1. Very labor-saving. We go back and forth by car. Only the 3: 00 p.m. train is nonstop. According to the people at the station, 63 yuan seems to take five hours? )
From Shanghai to Yangzhou (through train): There are two trains at 7: 20 and 8: 20 in the morning. It takes four hours to get from Hengfeng Road Bus Station to 84 yuan. Yangzhou East Bus Station stops, and then stops at West Bus Station.
Yangzhou East Station to Shanghai: There are many flights, the prices are 84 and 69, which may be quite different, but the driving time is 4 hours. Different trains can reach Hongqiao, Pudong, railway station, Xujiahui and so on. We bought tickets to Shanghai at 2: 20 pm (to Shanghai North Station, we can stop at Wuning Road).
2. Yangzhou traffic:
Yangzhou is so small that it feels like a district of Shanghai. If you see the distance of 1.5cm on the map, in fact, walking within 10 minutes is sometimes the distance from one intersection to the next. So it's best to find out if it is necessary before calling a rickshaw. Don't let him drive sideways across the street, you will be dumbfounded. The starting price of taxis in urban areas is enough in 6 yuan, and rickshaws are everywhere. Drivers say that the starting price starts from 3 yuan, and rickshaws should be measured by themselves.
I feel that if I travel in Gu Xiang, for example, from Fuchun Teahouse to Qionghuaguan, Wang's small garden tastes good, not tired or far away.
There is a lot of dust in Yangzhou city, so it feels gray everywhere, especially in taxis, where there is no uniform sign and appearance. But I have never been slaughtered. Locals are more enthusiastic, so they ask more questions if they are not familiar with the road. Anyway, the place is not big.
"play":
Bf and I are both "lazy" people, and we don't like to travel like going to the market. The May Day holiday is a rest, so the characteristics of our whole trip are not many scenic spots, eating more, getting up at 9: 30 in the evening and going to bed late at night. We didn't go to Wuxi either. We just want to get familiar with Yangzhou.
I arrived in Yangzhou at noon on the first day, visited Geyuan and Heyuan in the afternoon and went to a bar in the evening. The next day, I visited the Slender West Lake for a long time and got a pedicure at night. On the third morning, I traveled to Gu Xiang and prepared to return at noon (I saw Zhu Ziqing's hometown and Qionghuaguan).
I. Attraction:
During the festival, the ticket price rises: (
A. Geyuan: 30 yuan, according to netizens, was more fun than Heyuan, so I went. To tell the truth, it feels average, not as fun as Suzhou or Hangzhou gardens. Like a bamboo garden, there are some rockeries and pavilions. There are many people in the festival, so they are unhappy.
B. Slender West Lake: Tickets to 50 yuan. It was raining when we went, which was even more delicious. It feels good. Walking slowly along the river is very comfortable to take pictures, and rowing will feel good. It's worth a visit.
(Secret: From Slender West Lake to the right side of the ticket gate at the north gate of Pingshan Tang Road, there is a small road where there are five or six families. It's not far to walk in. In the big pond on the left, there is a ridge that leads directly to the main road of Slender West Lake, but it is blocked by barbed wire. You can turn it over. Be careful not to hook clothes and pants. However, according to local people, several families will move here soon, and then it may be. . Hey hey. If a colleague rents a boat after entering the hospital, he can also drive to the north gate to pick up people, because the boat pier at the north gate is on the roadside outside the garden, but don't be seen. )
C. Zhu Ziqing's hometown: Tickets 5 yuan, in the alley, very quiet.
D. Qionghuaguan: Tickets 15 yuan. A small and exquisite garden. This garden is very small.
(Secret: The roads on both sides of the main entrance come to an end, and there are steps half a person high. If you can turn over, hey hey)
E. Old Street: Mainly several alleys outside Fuchun Tea House. In the northeast, you can walk to Qionghuaguan, Zhu Ziqing's hometown, and Wang's small garden. At the entrance of Fuchun teahouse, there is a knife street. There are stalls of Yangzhou No.1 brand, good scissors, knives and so on. And grotesque plays are also very interesting. The price is not expensive, a pair of golden stainless steel scissors, regardless of size, 7 yuan, and a universal combination travel knife, 8 yuan.
Two. Bars and karaoke:
I prefer to go to nightclubs. It is very interesting to go to bars in different places and feel the local cultural differences. At night in Yangzhou, Wenchang Square and the sections of Wenhe North Road and Wenchang Middle Road where it is located are bustling. Therefore, young people go to bars in that area. According to Ctrip. com, nightclubs on earth are closed. The second floor became a sailor disco bar with a big billboard. Entering is a twist-transformed skating rink, and the environment is more like a school ballroom. There is a good night cat disco not far from the sailor, which is located in the basement. Ticket price: male 10 yuan, female 5 yuan, excluding drinks. Drinks are cheap, 10-20. There is a hall, a stage and many seats. Strong songs and slow songs alternate, and girls lead the dance. More interestingly, I saw the juggling of Jianghu artists in the performance with intervals in the middle. Hehe, open your eyes. Yangzhou disco likes to use that little red light. What's more interesting is that the square stage, after many people stand up and dance, becomes an elastic cushion, shaking up and down, and it is suspected that there are springs under the board. It's really a jump. I'm sweating all over. I remember that the young people in Hangzhou discos are all sitting in a dynamic music environment and chatting, without a dance floor. Yangzhou, on the other hand, is relatively young, mainly disco dancing, and it is also like a place to make friends.
Yangzhou has no karaoke establishments of the scale and chain like Halliday or till. It's called karaoke room. It's cheap. There is a ktv on the 3rd floor of Mood for Love Teahouse in Wenchang Square. The hours from small box to large box are 10 and 20, respectively, in 30 yuan. Cheap. There are not many rooms. You must make an appointment.
3. Bath pedicure
Three knives in Yangzhou are very famous, but for us, we want to have a massage to relax.
Ctrip users introduced several places: Century Star Leisure Center (south of Heyuan), Giant Wave Bath (near the West Bus Station, which is said to be the largest in Yangzhou) and Longfei Leisure Center (Taizhou Road 107, near jiefang bridge, telephone. 05 14-7360407).
I went to the dragonfly on the spot and found that the whole building was relatively old, not as magnificent as the big bathing place in Shanghai. To tell you the truth, the price seems to be relatively high, so you can't stay overnight.
In Yangzhou, I went to some pedicure shops on Wenchang Road in the evening, such as "Lu Qin Foot Art Service" mentioned by Ctrip users. But in contrast, it is cheaper to do pedicure in Shanghai. You can see more than n in one street, and foot bath+foot massage 15-25 is enough. Unlike Yangzhou, there are only five or six Wenchang Road, the busiest street in the evening. You need 50 yuan for foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine and 20 yuan for massage. Time is also short, 60 minutes in 48 yuan and 30 minutes in 24 yuan. I thought Yangzhou was a very developed and cheap industry, but I was wrong.
Live broadcast:
Due to the holiday season, the hotel is very nervous. According to the introduction and comparison of netizens' travel notes, one month before May Day, we booked a three-star double standard (4 stars, No.65438 Fengle Street, Yangzhou+0,0514-7344888) for the Meiyuan Hotel, and the holiday price rose from 189 to 220. (When you get there, the locals say that you can actually get more than 150, but several hotels nearby are full during May Day, so you need to book in advance, although it is still expensive). When we arrived at the room, we found it was worse than we thought. If the glory of the main building is four stars, we don't feel three stars at all, more like two stars. . .
The next day, we checked out because we found a more economical place. I remember on the way there, a pair of Shanghainese in the same car said that they had inquired with local friends in advance, and it was cost-effective to spend the night in the big bath, so the locals would not go to the hotel to be slaughtered. Think about it. Anyway, going out to play is the main thing, and sleeping is only for a while. They are going to the Julangchao Bath (near the West Bus Station). The bath fee is 28 yuan, and the overnight fee is more than 20 yuan. You can kill two birds with one stone by experiencing Yangzhou's famous bathing culture without looking for hotels everywhere. We think this is very reasonable and a good idea. So we paid special attention to the bathing place in the next day's visit and found the Yangzhou Building in jiefang bridge (east of the city). There is a leisure center on the sixth floor, and there are not many people on holidays. The VIP room at 80 is actually a standard room with a TV bathroom and three beds. 80 includes bath, back massage, shoe shine and overnight stay. So we changed our clothes there the next night. I negotiated the price with my boss and had a foot massage. 20 yuan a person. I think it is a good place for people who don't have high accommodation requirements. We see the leisure center above Wenchang Road, and there are similar private rooms. Prices are all above 200, which is very expensive. I asked everywhere during the holidays, and the double standard was more than 300, which was full. I think it's cheaper to book 220 double standard at Xiyuan Hotel.
Eat:
Finally, we are talking about the topic that interests us most. The main purpose of going to Yangzhou is to eat. Before leaving, my boyfriend and I decided where to eat. Target: Fuchun Tea House, Ye Chun Tea House, Caigenxiang and Fumanlou.
1. Fuchun Teahouse:
35 Lane, Desheng Bridge, 7233326. Call the waiter and say that breakfast is served until 10. We got up at 9: 30 and the rickshaw was pulled there. 10 found that there were still many people. The price is15,20,25,28. The difference is that 15 has no soup dumplings, while 25 and 28 have stewed noodles and a few dry snacks. Bf and I didn't have a big appetite, so we ordered a 20 and a "Biluochun" from 2 yuan. Waiting time, less than 40 minutes. The delicious food is jade roast, three-butyl buns and soup buns. Juice is fresh, not just the smell of gravy. Others, such as barbecued pork and steamed dumplings with crab meat, feel ordinary. A jiaozi can get change for 5 yuan, but the others can't, which is different from Ye Chun.
We ate the old Fuchun, which is the most authentic according to the local people. The new Fuchun is called Fuchun Garden Teahouse (05 14-7348748 next to Geyuan), with the same owner, but the locals recommend it as the old one.
2. Ye Chun Teahouse:
(Opposite Xiyuan Hotel) The price of two breakfast packages (15 and 20). Everything can be zero. After eating it, I still think jade is delicious, and it tastes very thin and sweet. Tangyuan is not put in a small cage, but in a small plate. The gravy is heavy, or the soup bag juice in Fuchun teahouse is delicious and fresh enough.
3. Fumanlou:
(Henan Road, 7344777), few people can't make an appointment in advance. We got off the long-distance bus at noon and were hungry, so we went straight. There are many people after 1 point. I ordered boiled dried silk, Yangzhou lion head, crab powder tofu soup, egg yolk tofu and jasmine beer. . . It turned out to be a tofu feast, but the waiter said we were smart and ordered all the best things in the store. I was going to order it, but the waiter said it was enough for two people. After waiting for 20 minutes, it was really big when serving. Especially the crab powder tofu soup, which is very delicious. bf and I like this dish very much. Egg yolk tofu, tofu is tender and sticky, wrapped in egg yolk and fried together, which is very distinctive. I have a strong taste and like to eat braised lion's head, so I feel a little weak about boiled dried silk and Yangzhou lion's head, but it is really fresh and has various ingredients. Jasmine beer, with low degree, is not bitter for girls.
4. Vetiveria zizanioides:
(South Guoqing Road) A century-old shop. It is said that Yangzhou fried rice is very good, so we went there. According to the local people, Caigenxiang used to be a big store, but now it's no good. Only one facade and one upstairs floor are compressed. Sure enough, the store is not big, and the photos and allusions of a row of signature dishes on the first floor let us know a lot about Yangzhou Huaiyang cuisine culture. I ordered the general to cross the bridge (snakehead for two), Yangzhou fried rice, Yangzhou lion head and a dish. Here comes the food. It's too big. Vegetables can hold two pots of vegetables. When the general crossed the bridge, he really deserved his reputation. The fish soup was so delicious that we all drank it. Fried black fish fillets are also good. Lion's head, all the same, but it feels better than the lion's head in Fumanlou. Yangzhou fried rice feels that rice grains are rice grains with many ingredients. However, it is still a matter of taste. It feels faint and fragrant, not particularly delicious, and can't be eaten in large quantities.
5. Strange hot pot:
Wenchang Middle Road, which is famous in Nanjing, is a branch. I saw it and ate it. I feel that the spicy food there is delicious, especially the strange screws, which are quite delicious. They are the best fried screws I have ever eaten. People like me who don't eat spicy food also fall in love with it.
6. Snacks:
I thought there would be snacks in Yangzhou I found that I was wrong. In the downtown area of Wenchang Square at night, I saw some squid skewers, which is ok. There is a dining street on Wenchang Road. According to Ctrip users, there is a "beard" street in daming temple, where people eat bone hotpot.
Bf and I spent a total of 1200 yuan (including tickets) on this trip. Because we play luxuriously, the food and indoor transportation in Yangzhou are still cheap, but the round-trip fare and accommodation are expensive. I have written almost everything I can think of. I hope these experiences and feelings of eating, drinking and having fun can give some hints to friends who are going to Yangzhou and also serve as a souvenir of our trip.
Yangzhou is still a place worth visiting! Beautiful and slow-paced place.
Even the plane ticket can save 60 yuan, and it can be used the next day.
