1. Almond: a specialty of Xinjiang, it is the kernel of the peach plant in the family Rosaceae.
Xinjiang almonds have higher oil and sugar content than overseas almonds, and have a sweeter taste.
2. Pistachios: Pistachios are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidant elements and are rich in nutrients.
The Kashgar region of Xinjiang is the only place in China where pistachios can be grown.
3. Paper-skinned walnuts: The stone fruit is oval or oval in shape, larger, and its shell is as thin as paper and breaks when pinched. It is mainly produced in Cele, Xinjiang, China.
