2. Travel orders
Visitors are advised to visit the museum in the order of 2nd floor-3rd floor-1 floor:
Hunan History and Culture Exhibition on the second floor: showing Hunan's long history and rich culture. Visitors can enjoy all kinds of ancient pottery, bronzes, quaint two-story old houses and amazing Miao costumes. What is particularly surprising is the exhibition of some "women's books", which are the only words used for communication between women in the world, covering topics such as women's love and marriage. In addition, exhibits such as women's jewelry and cosmetic boxes were also displayed.
Exhibition of Mawangdui Han Tomb on the 3rd floor: All kinds of precious cultural relics of Mawangdui Han Tomb are displayed here, including the lightest clothes in the world-49g plain gauze single clothes, and all kinds of exquisite funerary objects. Interestingly, there are well-preserved fruits and spices in these funerary objects. It seems that ancient people also ate goods. At the same time, visitors can also overlook the Mawangdui Han Tomb Well from the third floor and feel the solemn atmosphere.
1 Floor Xin Zhui and funerary objects: This floor mainly displays Mrs. Xin Zhui and her funerary objects. Visitors can learn more about her, although interestingly, her hairstyle is actually fake. In addition, there are some special exhibitions and shops on the 1 floor, which visitors can visit before leaving.
