Sauté ed corn with edamame
Ingredients:
Ingredients: 45g edamame, 1 packet of corn
Ingredients: 1 green pepper, half red pepper, proper amount of salt and cooking oil
Start making
Step 1: Peel edamame and put it in a bowl for later use. Cut the corn with a knife or peel off the corn kernels by hand, rub them and put them on a plate for later use.
Step 2: Wash the green and red peppers, remove the stalks, seeds and strips, then cut them into small pieces with a knife and put them on a plate for later use. (If you like spicy taste, you don't need to remove seeds)
Step 3, pour a proper amount of water into the pot, heat and boil over high fire, add a proper amount of salt and a few drops of cooking oil, and pour the edamame into the pot and blanch it for about 1 minute.
step 4, when the color of edamame turns green, turn off the fire and pour it into the leaky basin, and rub off the white film on the bean by hand while washing. After treatment, put it in a container for later use. The color is very green!
Step 5: After all the preparations are done, start frying. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot. After heating with high fire, pour green and red peppers into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
step 6, then pour in the corn kernels, stir-fry over high heat until the corn kernels become more and more yellow and fragrant and sweet.
step 7, then pour in edamame, add salt to taste, stir-fry evenly, and then take it out of the pan and put it on the plate.
a delicious and sweet fried corn with edamame is made.
