Jar meat is a traditional food in Shandong Province. With fried pork balls, eggs, chicken, ham, cuttlefish, winter bamboo shoots, mushrooms, golden hooks and various condiments as auxiliary materials, it is stewed in a small pottery pot, with rosy color, thick meat and rotten soup, fat but not greasy, and fragrant taste. The cooking methods and tastes of braised pork and jar meat are slightly different, but they are both traditional practices with pork as the main ingredient.
Although block meat and jar meat are both traditional delicacies made from pork, their cooking methods and tastes are slightly different, so although they may be mixed together in some areas, they are not the same dish.
