Fresh mushrooms, tender meat and lean meat
Choose fresh mushrooms and wash them for later use. Prepare a tender lean meat and cut it into thin slices. In order to make the sliced meat tender, marinate it slightly with salt, cooking wine and raw flour.
Cook mushrooms patiently.
Boil a pot of water and add ginger and a little oil. When the water boils, put the mushrooms in the pot. Patiently cook until half cooked.
Lean meat and mushrooms are cooked together
Put the marinated lean meat slices into a pot and cook them with mushrooms. Add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, so that delicious soup and tender meat slices can be perfectly blended.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion
Pour the delicious mushroom soup into a bowl and sprinkle with some chopped green onion.
Tip: Marinate lean meat in advance.
Pickling lean meat in advance can make the meat slices smoother and tender!
