Building introduction: Canton Tower is composed of a reinforced concrete inner core tube and a steel structure outer frame tube, as well as the combined floors connecting the two. The core tube height is 454m, with a maximum of 112 floors and a standard floor height of 5.2m.

There are 37 floors, the rest are hollow floors, and there are 2 underground floors.

The 37th floor is divided into five functional sections A to E along the entire height of the tower according to functional levels.

The total construction area is 121,788 square meters. The steel structure grid outer frame tube is composed of 24 steel tube concrete diagonal columns and 46 sets of ring beams and steel tube diagonal braces. The highest elevation is 462.70m.

The antenna mast composed of steel lattice structure and box section is 146 meters high, with the highest elevation reaching 600 meters.

The outer frame tube uses more than 40,000 tons of steel, and the total steel consumption is about 60,000 tons. As a landmark building in Guangzhou, it stands on the south bank of the Pearl River on the central axis. It is the tallest tower-masted building in China and the tallest built in the world.
