Yes Qinyuan, Nanyuan and Xinyuan are all located in the new campus of Three Gorges University, and they are all newly built. The Three Gorges University is located in Yichang City, Hubei Province. On May 25th, 2000, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the former Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power (Yichang) and the former Hubei Three Gorges College were merged and established.
