Tools/ingredients: 200g of spinach, 80g of vermicelli, 1 cloves of garlic, 2 peppers, 1 root shallots, 1 root parsley, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
1. Wash spinach, blanch it in boiling water, remove it and put it in a big bowl.
2. Then cook the vermicelli, remove it and put it in a bowl.
3. Add minced garlic, pepper rings, minced shallots and minced coriander while it is hot, and pour in sesame oil and soy sauce.
