How to make black tea and milk tea?
Cold water 1L (I use tap water, and rich people can choose pure water), and put tea leaves to boil.
(Because black tea is fermented tea like Pu 'er, I think it needs to be cooked for a while, so I will cook it slowly with medium and small fire to let the tea taste fully emanate. )
When the tea boils and the color becomes darker, turn the heat down, pour in milk, add sugar according to your own preference (I don't like sweetness, so I put it very little), stir for one minute, and then turn off the heat.
If there is no milk, you can also put milk powder, so you can put more water at first, because more water evaporates during cooking. )
After cooking, you will find some small bubbles floating on it. Scoop them up and put them in the cup. Tea leaves usually sink to the bottom of the pot. After pouring the milk tea, you can throw away the tea leaves or put some in a cup and drink it while it is hot/cold. It's best to put them in the refrigerator for a while in summer.
Summer goes bad easily, so if you can't finish it that day, remember to put it in the refrigerator.
