Grilled clams

Production method:
1. Soak the bought clams in warm water at 30 degrees for a while. Clams will automatically start to spit sand, wash, drain and take it out.

5. Spread tin foil on the frying basket of the air fryer, and pour the marinated clams into the frying basket, paying attention to spreading evenly, not too thick, to prevent the bottom from scorching.
6. Set the temperature to 180 degrees, bake for about 13 minutes, and then open your mouth.
7. When the time is up, open the wok and you will see the clams, all with their mouths open. If there are any openings, you can turn them over and bake them again.
8. Delicious grilled clams are ready. Put the tin foil on the plate and you can eat it.
Tips:
1, many friends will say that no tin foil can be directly put into the frying pan for baking, but the frying basket should be cleaned in time after baking. I'm too lazy to lay tin foil or clean the fried basket.
2. The baking time of fryer is for reference only. You can adjust it according to your temper.
3, there is a lot of sediment in the flower clam, so be sure to wash it clean, otherwise it will eat sand and be diaphragmatic.
