C-grade boards can be identified at a glance. Induction cooker top panels with flowers, grass, insects, and fish printed on them are mostly C-grade boards. Because they turn yellow and change color quickly, many manufacturers print patterns to cover up defects.
Induction cooker manufacturers with Class B and C ceramic plates are also acceptable if they promise in writing that they will not discolor after long-term use, will be clean as new, will not reduce thermal efficiency, and will not endanger personal safety.
Because black crystal panels are easy to clean, have no concerns about yellowing and discoloration, and have better overall quality than ceramic panels, the ceramic panels of commercial electric furnaces have been replaced by black crystal panels.
