Huimian Noodles's approach:
1. Mix the dough with salt, add water several times, knead it into a smooth dough, and then put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
After 2.30 minutes, take out the proofed dough, divide it into three parts, and then knead the three parts again.
3. Take a portion of dough and knead it into long strips, flatten it, roll it into thin slices, press the marks in the middle with chopsticks, and make all the dough in turn.
4. Grease both sides of the dough, then put it in a clean container without water, and wake up for more than 1 hour, and the Huimian Noodles is ready.
