Xiqiao School originated in Hongzhi period of Ming Dynasty. The pie is round, with a diameter of 20 cm and a weight of 2 kg. Its color is white with yellow. The production materials include flour, sugar, lard, eggs and spring water from Xiqiao Mountain. It is characterized by softness, sweetness, loose mouth and sweet smell. Because the cake is shaped like a full moon, which means a good wish to spend the full moon, Xiqiao people use it as a gift for weddings and celebrations.
Chayote
Papaya, also known as Hezhanggua, belongs to cucurbitaceae and is a biennial herb. It originated in Mexico and was introduced to China in the 9th century. The soil and water in Xiqiao Mountain are suitable for the growth of Chaenomeles, which is widely planted by villagers on the mountain and has long been a specialty of Xiqiao Mountain. Bergamot is a short cone with irregular shallow longitudinal grooves on its surface, which looks like bergamot, with green color and sweet taste. Because seeds can't germinate after leaving melons, they must be planted with melons, which is called "as you sow, you get melons" by local people. Papaya is rich in nutrition in melons and vegetables, and has the effects of expelling wind, relieving fever, invigorating spleen and appetizing. Shanshui tofu pudding
Tofu flower is a snack made of soybeans.
