Xiajiang rice noodles: The production of Xiajiang rice noodles began in the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 450 years. According to Cihai, "Xiajiang is located in Baqiu County, Wujun County, Three Kingdoms, and the specialty of Xiajiang is rice noodles". It is also recorded that "rice noodles are the best produced by Xiajiang, tender and flexible, fried and cooked in Xian Yi." It was once praised as "tribute powder" and "faithful rice flour" by Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty.
