Huangshan Taiping Qingming Pot is a special snack in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, and a traditional folk food in Tomb-Sweeping Day, Huangshan. Here's how Huangshan Mountain is quiet and clear:

Composition:

-200g glutinous rice flour

-Sweet potato 200g

-sugar100g

-50g yam

-Appropriate amount of red dates

-Appropriate amount of dried cranberries

-Appropriate amount of boiled water

-Appropriate amount of vegetable oil

Exercise:

1. Cut sweet potato and yam into small pieces, steam them in a steamer, and press them into mud for later use.

2. Take a container, add glutinous rice flour and sugar, slowly add boiling water, and stir until it is a bit sticky.

3. Put a part of the mixture of glutinous rice flour and sugar into another container, add mashed sweet potatoes and mashed yam, stir well, and finally add dried cranberries and chopped red dates.

4. Put a small bowl of paste in the steamed vegetable cloth, then press the deep pit in the center with a spoon, put the sweet potato rice flour paste into the pit respectively, and press it with a spoon.
