For more than ten years, our school has paid more attention to the cultivation of students' professional ethics, attached importance to students' moral education, and actively carried out the fine traditional virtues and ethics education of the Chinese nation and personal quality education. In recent years, many outstanding students have submitted their applications for joining the Party to the Party branch of our school. We also pay attention to nip in the bud, strengthen legal publicity and patiently induce. Therefore, there has been no criminal record of students in school for more than ten years. And the graduates we send to the institutions, banks, hotels, factories and other enterprises and institutions in urban areas, Shiwan District, Nanhai and Shunde are well received by employers.

With the needs of Foshan's economic and educational development, the Foshan Municipal Government has decided to gradually re-establish No.1 Middle School as a full-time general and complete middle school from September 1997. In order to meet the needs of general education, the school has carried out a comprehensive transformation of the school building, built a new 7-story teaching building, and enriched and improved various teaching equipment. At present, the school covers an area of more than 16,8 square meters, and has three teaching buildings and comprehensive experimental buildings with an area of more than 9,2 square meters. In addition to the required classrooms, there are about 15 square meters of multimedia laboratories, two language laboratories, and two computer laboratories, physics laboratories, chemical laboratories and biological laboratories with advanced equipment, as well as teachers' reading rooms, students' reading rooms, studios and music rooms.
