Ingredients
Adequate amounts of small rooster (half), bell pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, cooked sesame seeds, garlic cloves, MSG, salt, cooking wine, green onions, ginger, light soy sauce, and peanut oil.
Method
1. Wash and chop the chicken into small pieces, marinate with onions, ginger, salt, light soy sauce and cooking wine for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, pour in chicken pieces and fry over low heat, then fry over high heat until golden brown and take out. Fry garlic cloves until golden brown and take out.
3. Heat the oil in the pot, add bell peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and green onions and stir-fry until crispy. Add in chicken pieces, garlic cloves, MSG, salt, and sesame seeds and stir-fry evenly.
