Caoli Township, Chaigang Township, Gucheng Township, Lutan Township, Dalizhuang Township, and Chengjiao Township.
1. Cuiqiao Town Cuiqiao Town is located in the northeast of Fugou County, 30 kilometers away from the county seat. It borders Zhimawa Township in Taikang County to the east and Yuhuangmiao Township of Tongxu County to the north.
Cuiqiao Commune was built in 1958, changed to a township in 1983, and to a town in 1990.
In 1997, the area was 96 square kilometers.
2. Jiangcun Town Jiangcun Town belongs to Fugou County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province.
It is located in the plain of eastern Henan, bordering Kaifeng to the north.
It is located in the middle section of Kaizhou Highway, between Luohe River and Laowuohe River. It is at the center of six towns in Fugou, Weishi and Tongxu Counties, with developed transportation and rich products.
3. Baitan Town Baitan Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Fugou County, Henan Province. It is located at the junction of three cities (Zhoukou, Xuchang, and Kaifeng) and four counties (Fugou, Tongxu, Yanling, and Weishi). The town has jurisdiction over 32 administrative villages.

4. Biangang Town Biangang Town is located 12 kilometers southeast of Fugou County, bordering Dakang County to the east and Xihua County to the southeast.
The town covers an area of ??82.31 square kilometers and has a population of 36,000.
Bianggang Town is located in the plain of eastern Henan, the heart of the Yellow River Flood Area, and the junction of Fugou, Taikang and Xihua counties.
5. Gucheng Township Gucheng Township is located in the southwest of Fugou County, Henan Province, adjacent to Xihua County to the south and Yanling County to the west. It is an important town in the southwest of Fugou County.
The township governs 23 administrative villages, 5 natural villages, 91,000 acres of cultivated land, and a total area of ??76.87 square kilometers (2017).
