Text: Luofu Mountain is one of the ten famous Taoist mountains in my country.

Located in Boluo County, Huizhou, in the center of the Lingnan "Tourism and Leisure Corridor", it is a supporting and representative scenic spot that forms the "Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Huizhou" tourism golden triangle.

It is connected to developed urban agglomerations (Guangzhou, Foshan, Nanfanshun and other places) to the west, Dongguan and Shenzhen to the south, and adjacent to Hong Kong, Macao and Southeast Asia.

The total planned area of ??the scenic spot is 260 square kilometers, with 432 large and small peaks, more than 980 waterfalls and famous springs, 18 caves and wonders, and 72 stone chambers and secluded rocks.

Historian Sima Qian compared Mount Luofu to "Mountain of Guangdong", so Mount Luofu is known as "the first mountain in Lingnan".

Luofu Mountain has been approved by the State Council as the fifth batch of national key scenic spots.

Strange peaks and rocks, waterfalls and famous springs, and cave-like wonders are the three major features of Luofu Mountain.

There are 432 peaks in Luofu Mountain, among which the more famous ones are Feiyun Peak, Tieqiao Peak, Yunv Peak, Luofu Mountain Camel Peak and Shangjie Peak.

Among them, Feiyunding is the main peak, with an altitude of 1281 meters. It is named because it towers into the clouds.

There are more than 980 waterfalls and famous springs in Luofu Mountain. The famous ones include Baili Waterfall, Baishuimen Waterfall, Huanglongdong Waterfall, Bailian Lake, Furong Pond, Changsheng Well, and Zhuoxi Spring, which was recommended by Su Dongpo, a scholar of the Northern Song Dynasty.

Luofu Mountain has 18 large caves, including Zhuming, Penglai, Taoyuan, Butterfly, and Yele, and 72 small caves, including Tongtian, Luohan, Fuhu, and Dishui. Among them, Zhuming Cave is the largest cave on the mountain.

Luofu Mountain is located just on the Tropic of Cancer and has a subtropical monsoon climate with sufficient rainfall, dense plants, and obvious changes in vertical distribution.

The top of the mountain is low shrubs and meadows, the mountainside is shrubs and pine forests, and the bottom of the mountain is evergreen broad-leaved forest.

More than 1,200 kinds of medicinal plants and various fruits grow on the mountain, forming unique Luofu Mountain specialties, including Luofu Mountain herb oil, crispy mash vegetables, Yunwu sweet tea, mineral water, etc.

Su Dongpo's poem "Spring is always present under the Luofu Mountain, and the oranges and bayberries are new one after another. I eat three hundred lychees every day, and I will grow up as a Lingnan native." This is a true portrayal of the various fruits that are abundant in Luofu Mountain.

Luofu's three views are sun view, cloud view and sea view.

Climb to Luofu and reach the top. This is what those with ambitions do. The great man said: "If you don't reach the Great Wall, you are not a true man."

The "Three Views" in Luofu refer to the three magnificent scenery that can be seen from the top of Feiyun.

Sun viewing can only be wonderful in the fifth watch. Luofu, like Mount Tai, is located near the sea. The sun bursts out from the sea. First there is a red light, then a golden wheel emerges, and then thousands of rays of rays break through the clouds, which is particularly bright.

If you want to watch the sunset, you have to wait around six o'clock, facing the three peaks of the upper world. At this moment, the sun is setting in the west, and the red clouds are like blood. The sun gradually sinks, and the sun clouds shine with golden light, and embroidered cloud brocade appears, which is extremely bright.

The view of the sea will be magnificent only after the rain has passed and the sky has cleared up. Every time after a heavy rain, the wind will rise and the white clouds will gather in the mountains.
