——Preparation method and steps——

Step 4: Cut the ginger into shreds, cut the green onions into slices, cut the onions into shreds, chop the garlic into minced garlic and set aside. Cut the potatoes into slices and soak them in water to prevent them from turning black.

Step 5: Then we start marinating the chicken wings, adding in order 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of sugar, 5 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of cooking wine, 3 grams of pepper noodles, 3 grams of chili noodles, and chicken essence 3 grams, 10 grams of cumin noodles, and 30 grams of Orleans. At the same time, add shredded ginger, green onion slices, onions, and minced garlic, then mix well with your hands, add 10 grams of vegetable oil, mix well again, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 6: Wash and cut the pork belly into slices, the thickness is about the same as a coin. Put it into a plate and add 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of sugar, 5 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of cooking wine, 2 grams of pepper noodles, 2 grams of chili noodles, 2 grams of chicken essence, and 10 grams of cumin noodles. Also add shredded ginger, green onion slices, onions, and minced garlic and mix well with your hands. Also add 10 grams of vegetable oil and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 7: After the chicken wings and pork belly are marinated, turn on the pot and brush it with a layer of cooking oil. After the oil is hot, turn the heat to low and use chopsticks to marinate it. Add the chicken wings into the pot and fry slowly. When frying, be sure to turn over frequently. Wait until the oil is fried in the chicken wings and both sides are golden brown, then take them out. We start frying the pork belly and use the same method to fry the pork belly until golden brown. When it's cooked, take it out, fry the shrimp and potato slices, and eat it. When everyone wants to eat, just wrap the barbecue in lettuce leaves and eat it. You can eat the rest with your favorite dipping sauce.
