Fried steamed tilapia
Ingredients: 2 pieces of tilapia
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of soy sauce
Method:
1. Two tilapias, cleaned and dried.
2. Heat the oil pan.
3. Fish.
4. Under low heat, fry the fish until it turns color.

7. Season the plate with soy sauce, salt and sugar.
8. Serve the fish.
9. Steam together with the rice cooked in the rice cooker.
10. When the rice jumps to the keep warm setting, don’t open the lid for now, then open the lid after five minutes.
Steamed Tilapia with Black Beans
Ingredients: 800g Tilapia
Accessories: appropriate amount of lard, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of black soybean, Appropriate amount of ginger and appropriate amount of green onions
Method:
1. The fish seller removes the scales of the fish and cleans the belly and gills of the fish.
2. Make several diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish
3. Cut the ginger into large strips and slice the green onions diagonally.
4. Put some green onions, ginger beans and black beans in the belly of the fish, and put the rest on the back and around the fish.
5. Pour cooking wine, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of water on the fish, add some cooked lard, and marinate for 30 minutes.
6. Put it in the microwave, press the steam fish button, and it will be ready in 10 minutes.
