Step 1: Peel taro and cut it into large pieces.
Step 2: put it in the pot, add enough water and put it in the pot to cook.
Step 3: Cook for about half an hour until the taro becomes crisp and rotten.
Step 4: Add rock sugar and cook until the rock sugar dissolves.
Step 5: Cooked sugar taro can be eaten directly or used as dessert with taro.
