Sanshui District is located in the middle of Guangdong Province, the northwest of Foshan City and the northwest end of the Pearl River Delta. Between 22 degrees 58 minutes north latitude and 23 degrees 34 minutes east longitude, 1 12 degrees 46 minutes to 1 13 degrees 02 minutes. It is adjacent to Huadu District of Guangzhou in the east, Nanhai District of Foshan in the southeast, Sihui City in the northwest, Qingcheng District and Qingxin District of Qingyuan City in the north, and faces Gaoyao City and Gaoming District of Foshan City across the Xijiang River. Sanshui District has more than 200,000 overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (20 10), and is one of the famous hometown of overseas Chinese in Guangdong Province.
Sanshui terrain inclines from northwest to southeast, with high hills in the northwest and alluvial plains and low hills in the southeast; Beijiang River, Xijiang River and Suijiang River converge into three rivers, and Sanshui is also named after the intersection of the three rivers. It has the reputation of "China's first rich and long-lived hometown", "China Beverage Capital" and "National Food Safety Demonstration Zone" and many other cities. Sanshui is located in the northwest border of Guangfo city, in the middle of Guangfo-Zhao economic circle. It is one of the important core cities connecting Foshan and Zhaoqing.
