The "Second Fish and Sheep Food Festival" event will start on November 26 and end at the end of February 2011. November 26 to December 2 will be the concentrated activity time, and a series of activities will be organized and planned.

The main venue is located around Bolu Village.

There are ten major activities: First, a food street will be set up in Bolu New Farm Residence (November 26-December 2), with more than 60 food stalls, including local braised mutton, black fish, soft-shelled turtle and other delicacies, as well as foreign specialties.

secondly, 13 hotels and restaurants were identified as the "specialty hotels" of this food festival, namely Yuyang Restaurant, Grand Canal Hotel, Tabudang Hotel, Yongxing Hotel, Tingzhi Leisure Farm, Fangwei Hotel, Liang's

Hotel, Duogen Hotel, Dongcheng Hotel, Wanshida Hotel, Sharon Hotel, Chunhua Hotel, and Lanlan Restaurant; the third is to launch a "food tour"; the fourth is the food festival square recommendation meeting; the fifth is braised mutton cooking

The sixth is the turtle cooking contest; the seventh is the gourmet photography contest; the eighth is the canal folk custom performance; the ninth is the collection of slogans for the Fish and Sheep Food Festival; the tenth is the setting off of festive fireworks in the evening of the opening ceremony.
