2. Ingredients for sesame and sweet potato crispy strips: 200 grams of sweet potatoes, 170 grams of low-gluten flour, 100 grams of butter, 60 grams of sugar, one egg, appropriate amount of black and white sesame seeds. Method: (1) Cut the sweet potatoes into pieces and steam them with a fork.
