Dirty buns are a kind of chocolate puff pastry bread.
Zhangzangbao was not called Zongzangbao at first, but "chocolate croissant bread" because there is a layer of cocoa powder on the outside. When you pick it up with your hands and eat it, it will be stained on your hands and face. Cocoa powder, if you are not careful, can even contaminate your clothes, hence the name "dirty bag".
Actually, dirty buns are not very mysterious. The essence of dirty buns is layers of puff pastry covered with a thick layer of chocolate and cocoa powder. However, it is not that simple to connect these simple elements and then form a highlight to promote them.
In 2017, a Korean bread brand opened a bakery in Sanlitun, Beijing. In order to attract the attention of young people, the bakery boldly innovated and made the "dirty bun" which is now an Internet celebrity delicacy. Maybe it's the constant accumulation of regular customers, or maybe it's the pursuit of a sense of novelty, that made this originally ordinary dirty bag become popular overnight.
Preservation of bread:
Generally speaking, the shelf life of dirty buns is 7 days. Well-packaged bread may be stored at room temperature for 5 to 7 days without spoiling. . Bread bought in the supermarket may have been on the shelf for some time, and its shelf life may be even shorter. If it has been opened or the packaging is worn, it may go bad in a shorter period of time, even if it has not yet reached the shelf life marked by the manufacturer.
Bread can be stored at refrigerated temperature (around 4°C) for two weeks. If it needs to be stored for a longer period of time, it needs to be frozen. However, frozen bread will become very hard and will not taste good after thawing.
Put fresh bread into a food plastic bag, put one or two celery sticks in the bag, and then tie the bag tightly to keep the bread fresh. Bread dries out easily, so putting some vegetables in it can artificially create some moisture and just adjust the humidity inside the bag. But in this case, the bread should be eaten as soon as possible.
