Wucheng Spin Cake
Wucheng Spin Cake is a traditional snack in Wucheng County, Shandong Province. It is known as "Shandong Famous Food" and is filled with meat fillings, eggs and other ingredients. Knead with flour repeatedly to make the cake chewier and taste better.
Ingredients:
400 grams of flour, 300 grams of pork, 1 onion.
Seasoning:
2 grams of salt, 15 grams of light soy sauce, 3 grams of sugar, 10 grams of cooking wine, 3 grams of five-spice powder, and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
Method:
1. Mix flour and water to form a softer dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the pork into mince,

3. Chop the onion into mince and add it to the meat filling, mix well.
