Cook Laba porridge in a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes.
(1) Ingredients: glutinous rice, lily, barley, lotus seeds, walnuts, red dates, millet, and yam.
(2) Prepare the ingredients. Hard ingredients should be soaked one night in advance;
(3) Put all the ingredients together and rinse them with water;
(4) Put the Laba ingredients into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water. Some of the ingredients in the Laba should absorb water, so put more water than usual when cooking porridge;
(5) Bring to a boil over high heat. During the boiling process, there will be foam in the pot. Use a spoon to filter out the foam. After boiling, lower the heat to low and simmer slowly. Be careful to stir frequently and keep one side dipped in the pot to prevent the porridge from overflowing out of the pot;
(6) After about half an hour, the porridge is ready. Just put it in a bowl.
