When I was in college, I only had an electric cooker. I liked to make meat bones. When the bones were still in the plastic bag, I would marinate them with salt and cornstarch.
After more than 1 hour, take it out and rinse it. Put it in a pot with rock sugar, garlic, ginger slices, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and water. The water will cover the bones.
Press steam and the water will be reduced by half after 1 hour.
You can eat it directly, pick it up, drain a little of the water and add some chili pepper to make a juice.
Tin foil can be used to wrap meat, vegetables, and seasonings together and seal them. It can be cooked with rice, boiled directly, or heated directly without water.
For porridge, put the rice and meat together and cook the porridge for about an hour and a half. When the meat is soft, add the remaining heat of the vegetables and they will be cooked.
