Xinying Town is located in the northwest of Hainan Province, in the west of Lingao County, on the shore of Qiongzhou Strait, in Houshui Bay, near Beibu Gulf and across the sea from Vietnam in the west. The town covers an area of 34 square kilometers, including 7 kilometers of coastline, 3,5 mu of beaches and 5 harbors. Xinying Town is a coastal plain with an average annual temperature of about 28 degrees, an annual rainfall of over 3, mm and fertile soil.
