Ingredients for orange chicken: 200g chicken thighs, 100g orange, 30g peanuts, appropriate amount of oil, 2g salt, 10g sugar, 3ml white vinegar, 1 spoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of starch.
Method 1. Prepare chicken legs and oranges.
2. Take out the orange pulp, keep the intact orange peel, and make a peel cup.
3. Take the pulp of half an orange and cut it into cubes.
4. Use a spoon to grind out the juice from the remaining pulp, add sugar, white vinegar, and water starch to blend into orange juice.
5. Add salt, water starch and cooking wine to the chicken thighs, sizing and set aside.
