Making method and ingredients of spicy strips
1. Wash the silver bars with water first, and then soak them in warm water for 20 minutes.

Acesulfame K, saccharin sodium and sodium cyclamate are the three most concerned food additives in spicy strips.
In order to pursue the taste and color, spicy strips sold in the market often use a lot of additives, which may be within the qualified range stipulated by the state, but children will eat several packages at a time because of the good taste of spicy strips, so there will be a "superposition effect", and food additives will be excessive, which is obviously not healthy food. Moreover, children's own organ development is not perfect, and excessive intake of preservatives will make their organs overload and damage organ function. At the same time, these spicy strips contain a lot of sodium salt. Eating too much spicy strips will lead to excessive intake of sodium and salt, which will make children vulnerable to diseases that adults will get, such as hypertension, and will also have an impact on children's taste buds, which will make children's tastes deviate and adversely affect their future living habits. In addition, spicy strips contain a lot of oil. After the package is damaged, oil is easily oxidized by light. After oxidation, it usually has a spicy taste, and if children eat it, it will be harmful to their health.

In the recent five sampling tests conducted by the US Food and Drug Administration in Beijing on 20 15, eight kinds of spicy strips were blacklisted, all of which involved the problem of sodium cyclamate exceeding the standard.
