Packaging method of wonton
The first way to wrap wonton: lotus wonton
Take a wonton skin and lay it flat in the palm of your hand.
Put a proper amount of wonton stuffing near the corner of wonton skin.
Fold the wonton skin a little.
Then pinch a corner of wonton skin with both hands and move towards the middle in the opposite direction.
Finally, overlap and clamp the two adjacent corners.
Wonton wrapping method 2: Hong Kong-style wonton
Take a wonton skin and lay it flat in the palm of your hand.
Put a proper amount of wonton stuffing in the center of wonton skin.
Then use chopsticks to press the wonton stuffing down.
Pinch the wonton skin in the middle with five fingers.
Finally, repeatedly pinch the wonton seal with a tiger's mouth to make it tight.
The third way to wrap wonton: Yuanbao wonton
Put a proper amount of stuffing in the middle of wonton skin.
Fold the wonton skin into a triangle and pinch the corners tightly.
Wipe the water on the corner of the long side.
Then the two corners are folded in half and overlapped and compacted.
Wonton wrapping the fourth style: straw hat wonton
Prepare a dumpling skin and spread it diagonally on your hand.
Put a spoonful of minced meat in the skin.
Fold diagonally to form a triangle.
Fold the bottom and turn the upper corner up into a straw hat.
The fifth way to wrap wonton: Wenzhou wonton
Take the meat stuffing and put it in the middle of wonton skin.
Then roll it twice, leaving some dough edges.
Fold the edges of the remaining dough.
Then fold the two sides in half and pinch them tightly.
The sixth way to wrap wonton: the northern version of Yuanbao wonton
Take a wonton skin and spread it flat on your palm.
The meat stuffing is placed slightly below the middle of the wonton skin.
Roll one side of wonton skin to about 1/2 wonton skin.
Then roll it in, about 3/4 of the wonton skin.
Overlap the two corners of the wonton skin and pinch them tightly.
