Xinfeng, that is, Lintong County in Xi 'an today. The name of Xinfeng originated in the Han Dynasty. Liu Bang, the emperor gaozu of Han Dynasty, was born in Fengli. Later, he set out to destroy the Qin Dynasty and established the Han Dynasty. He respects his father as the emperor's father. The emperor's father missed the scenery of his hometown in Chang 'an, so Liu Bang ordered Hu Kuan, a skillful craftsman, to build this city according to the appearance of his hometown Fengli, named Xinfeng, which means the newly moved Fengxiang. After the completion of Xinfeng, Taigong still wanted to drink the wine from his hometown, so Liu Bang moved the winemaker from his hometown here. Since then, Xinfeng's wine has enjoyed a world-famous reputation, and many scholars and writers have chanted. The famous wines in ancient China include: Xinfeng Liquor in Han Dynasty, Mulberry Liquor in Six Dynasties, Lanling Liquor in Tang Dynasty, Fenjiu in Xinghua Village, Shanxi Province, and xifeng liquor in Shaanxi Province, all of which are accompanied by the lingering charm of history, the bursts of fermented grains, the extraordinary beauty of Jiaquan, and the eternal famous sentences that their pursuers have written for them.
