Take a bath of BAS for 5min, add a spoonful of edible soda ash, add edamame, wash it by hand for 5min, and then soak it for 10min. Because there is a layer of plush on the surface of edamame, some dust and residue will be adsorbed on it. Adding a little edible soda ash can adsorb unclean things and wash them easily. After soaking, wash the edamame twice with cold water and drain. Prepare a pair of scissors in advance and cut a hole on both sides of edamame. This step is a bit tiring, but it must be done.
