Celery and Beef Dumplings
Ingredients
250g beef, 200g celery, 50g carrots, 1 egg
Seasoning: onion, ginger, garlic cooking wine Salt salad oil chicken essence (black pepper can be added or not)
Method
1 Chop the beef into mince and set aside, blanch the celery and set aside; mince the celery and mince the carrot, Chop the onion, ginger and garlic into mince and set aside;
