2 The essence of business is insight into demand.

Tomoya Bookstore's success was seen by Tomoya Zongzhao. Japanese people's housing area is not large, and they need a place to go out and enjoy their life on weekends. He turned the Tomoya Bookstore and the whole building into a living center with all kinds of delicious food and high-end shops, so that the whole family could stay in it all day. And his real money is real estate, by renting this building to those businesses.

When the Internet rose in 1999, Tommasuda took new technology as a means rather than an end, and found a new way. Unlike Amazon, which encouraged online consumption, he got more users and let them spend in physical stores.

If you quote Steve Jobs, you will find that people's opinions are always surprisingly similar:

Only by observing attentively and thinking deeply, can we see the laws of things and the wisdom behind the phenomena, whether it is business, personal growth or family life, we can get twice the result with half the effort.
