Step 2: While the sweet potatoes are steaming, we need to make some dough.
First prepare 300 grams of flour, add 4 grams of yeast and 3 grams of sugar.
First, break up the yeast and white sugar, then mix the dough with water, pouring in the water and stirring until there is no more dry flour.
Start kneading the dough into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, seal it and ferment it for 1 hour.

Step 5: Turn the pot on low heat and brush evenly with vegetable oil.
After the oil is hot, put the cake base in, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes, until the sides of the cake change color and the bottom is slightly yellow, turn it over.
Flip it over and cook for another two minutes, flipping it again when the other side is golden brown.
