Production process:
1. Cut squid into pieces, and cut red pepper, minced garlic and chives into small pieces.
2. Boil oil from the pan, garlic and red pepper will smell good when the oil is hot.
3. Stir fry the squid until the squid blooms.
4. Heat oil, add shallots and stir-fry until 78% mature.
5. Add squid, then add fish sauce to taste, stir fry evenly over high heat.
6. Add some starch water to thicken, stir-fry evenly and serve.
