Milk red date porridge
Ingredients:
1 handful of rice, 25ml of milk, red dates and medlar.
Practice:
1. Wash and soak the rice for half an hour, add enough water to the pot to boil, pour the rice into the pot, and turn to low heat for about 15 minutes, while stirring several times.
2. Cook the rice until it is thick, add the red dates, continue to cook on low heat for about 1 minutes, add the medlar and cook for 3 minutes, and then pour the milk before taking it out of the pot and stir it evenly.
