Yogurt strawberry mousse:
Ingredients and seasonings: yogurt 200g, strawberry x 10, biscuit 85g, gelatin tablet15g, oatmeal 50g, sugar15g and milk 200g.
1. Mix yogurt, oatmeal and grass evenly for later use. Mu Si can add crushed strawberry juice to achieve light pink.
2. Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water for15min, soften them and wring out the water. Pour in milk, stir well with low heat, and add sugar.
3. Mix and stir the yogurt oatmeal and the mixed milk gel.
4. Crush the biscuit, add a little milk, stir it loosely, and put it into a 6-inch movable bottom mold for compaction. Pour the yogurt oatmeal into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
